Bacground Creating Coffee Masala
Coffee Masala is a product produced by Leafs for Wellness Foundation. The original intent in creating Coffee Masala was to go throught all of the steps of becoming a registered Cottage Food Operator. In turn, knowing all of the steps, Leafs could then provide free training to anyone in Big Bear that would like to begin making a food product in their home and sell it.
Sales Limitations
Since Coffee Masala is produced un the Cottage Food Operator License, there is a limitation wherein Coffee Masala can only be sold in San Bernardino County. In addition, Coffee Masala can only be sold and delivered by Leafs “in person” and not allowed to ship using USPS, UPS, Fedex and so on.
